The College of New Jersey’s  (TCNJ) Eickhoff Dining Hall, now known as The Atrium at Eickhoff, underwent extraordinary changes during a two-phase project that spanned two summers. Color was splashed across its walls, new lighting and technology was installed, and the  scramble-style, trayline servery was converted into diverse destination dining areas making it simple for students to enjoy a trayless dining experience.
