Conference / Multi-Purpose Rooms – We have dedicated conference space in Trenton Hall which includes a 36-person private dining room, as well as four smaller conference rooms that can accommodate meetings ranging in size from 10 to 60 people. In addition, we can provide a variety of multi-purpose rooms in the Brower Student Center, which can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 344 people.
Classrooms – We can provide “smart” classrooms for meetings, workshops, and sessions. These smart rooms are media-ready with dedicated IT equipment already installed. All of the academic buildings are air-conditioned.
Poster Sessions, Funding Fair, and Vendors – The Brower Student Center which is centrally located on campus is a perfect location for poster sessions, funding fair, and vendors. Conference registration can take place on the first floor in the Student Center’s large and attractive atrium. These spaces in the Student Center are very open and support good traffic flow patterns.
