The charge for your stay is based on a per-person/per-night fee. The estimated fee for summer 2011 is $56.50 per-person / per-night. In Eickhoff Hall, rooms are sold in blocks based on the air conditioning system. Any un-occupied room in a block is charged a $25.00 per night.
A linen package can also be provided for your group. Each package contains a blanket, pillow, top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow case, two bath towels, one washcloth, cups and soap for the bathroom. The fee for this package is $15.00 each. We can offer a “terry exchange” program for $7.50 each turnover, and can schedule this turn over at your discretion.

– Townhouse East and West opened in 1995, and Townhouse South opened in 1998.
– There are 10 singles per townhouse unit, which can be used for family accommodations.
– Each townhouse holds 10 residents, all with single bedrooms.
– Each townhouse has a main living room, and each of the three floors has its own bathroom, shower, full refrigerator, microwave oven, and common area; and the top two floors have a separate common area sink.
– On the first floor of each townhouse there is a furnished house lounge, including a table, chairs, sofa and love seat.
– Laundry facilities, hall offices, and main lounges (with a full kitchen) are available in the complex as well.
Student Apartments

– Constructed in August 2009; there are 2 complexes that house 198 people each.
– There are 2 fully accessible suites per complex.
– There are 3 single rooms and 1 double room per apartment.
– Each bedroom has a bed, dresser, wardrobe and night table.
– Each apartment has a living room, a bathroom with a vanity and separate shower. A second vanity area (no shower or toilet) is located at the opposite end of the apartment.
– There is a shared living space in each apartment that contains a couch, chair, two end tables, and a coffee table.
– All apartments are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner stove, as well as a microwave oven and sink.
– Laundry/lounge facilities are available in each complex.
– Each building has an elevator.
– Each building has a multi-purpose room that seats approximately 70.
– Each building has a courtyard.
